In Adana Regional Training organized between 24-27 April 2007, Head of European Coordination Department, Mr. Cafer Yılmaz and SGK Inspector Mr. Celal Polat made presentations. SGK Inspector Mr. Hüseyin Vural attended in the training as training expert completed Training of Trainers programme. Deputy Undersecretary Mr. M. Cem Toker, Mr. Numan Özcan from European Delegation to Turkey and Ms. Figen Gültekin from Central Finance and Contracts Unit also participated in the closing session of the training.

Ankara Regional Training was organized between 12-16 March 2007. Chief Labour Inspector Ms. Olcay Aydın and SGK Inspector Mr. Davut Abat from Ministry of Labour and Social Security participated in the training as training expert completed Training of Trainers programme. Head of European Coordination Department, Mr. Cafer Yılmaz, SGK Inspector Mr. Celal Polat, SGK Inspector Mr. Ercüment Işık delivered speeches on Ministry’s Harmonization Activities. In the scope of the training in which five lecturers each of them being very much qualified in their fields delivered trainings on the concept of social dialogue, social dialogue models, communication and negotiation skills necessary for social dialogue, Acquis Communautaire on social dialogue. Participants, depending on their experiences and knowledge had the opportunity to actively discuss in the workshop sessions.
